Awesome Cams
I have been climbing on the Wild Country Friends for about a month now and absolutely LOVE them. They are noticeably lighter than the BD C4's that I had previously and the extendable slings have proven to be really handy in preventing rope drag and reducing the number of quick draws I am carrying!

This cam works as exactly as expected and hoped. Extendable sling is nice to save gear on your harness and time spent getting pumped. Feels bomber and catches whips as one would hope. Cam performs same as my BD cams of other sizes.

Exactly what a cam should be.
Wild Country Friends are the gold standard if you ask me. They go head to head with BD cams and offer an extendable sling which the former don’t. I like the lobe finish on these cams as it minimizes walking. The trigger action is nice as well. While these aren’t quite as specialized as some other brand cams for aid climbing, for free climbing I’d rock these any day. Can’t go wrong with WC Friends!
