The 28.5 would probably fit you better with that size foot. It might still work for you depending on how you like your boots to fit. We always have our fit guarantee.
It is hard to say with shoe sizing. Scarpa says size 11 is mondo size 28 so you will probably be fine. I noticed you have already placed the order so let us know if it is too tight. We can setup a return.
