Bought this pillow after reading a backpacking light review on several pillows from various companies. The aeros premium was right at the top. Now I know why. great pillow now that I got the large. Got both the Sea to Ummit Areos and the Exped Air Pillow thinking I'd try them both. For me, the Sea to Summit was much, much, much, nicer. Comfortable enough while still remaining lightweight - a fine feat for this pillow. I own the Nemo Fillo (more comfortable) and the Thermarest compressible (also more comfortable), but wouldn't take either on a backpacking trip. The Aeros, on the other hand, threads the needle perfectly - just comfortable enough and light enough for backcountry adventures.

What else do you need? It weighs almost nothing and packs to about the size of a tennis ball. The material is very comfortable and doesn't slide around on my sleeping pad. Takes a few seconds to inflate and deflate. A little expensive but comfortable sleep is worth it and sea to summit has a solid reputation.
