Essentially the Neoair Dream is a air mattress, the Dreamtime is a self inflated air mattress. The Neoair is lighter by 2 lbs, the Dreamtime has an R factor that is 10, vs 6 on the Neoair Dream. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
