I used one of these in India many years ago and never got sick so it did it’s job well. Had to get a new one to have the next few years.
Highly reccomended. Good lightweight, not a gravity fed system but a pump so you get lots of volume fast.

Always a great price at Campsaver. I bought an extra because the whole unit was the regular price of a filter. My first Hiker-pro has worked perfectly and it never hurts to have a backup. My son will use it for Kings Peak this summer.
