We received the Trail Ridge 3 as a Christmas gift and it has been really great to camp in. It comes with a footprint and a rain fly. The rain fly extends out beyond each of the two doors to form little rainproof outdoor "rooms" where you can store shoes and other wet gear without getting the mess inside of the tent. I bought two of these tents for my sons & their wives for Christmas, so they haven't used them, yet.
