The 8-step Ladder Aider from Metolius has u-shaped steps for demanding, technical aid. Constructed with 8 steps made of 25 mm flat nylon webbing for maximum strength and ease of use.

Perfect for my application. Using it to attach to wild edge climbing steps to climb trees. Very high quality. The steps stay open very well, which makes it easy to use. Allows 30 feet with just 5 of the steps.

I like trad. climbing. On some thing cracks. It's hard to climb. No enough confidence for this cracks. So i can take this ladder when climbling. Can have a brake or do AID. Maybe it's not useful for some supers.But i can use it now;)
