Had a few issues during the ordering process but the customer service was great taking care of everything. Havent used the tent yet but it's exactly what I was looking for, lightweight and big enough for 2 people and backpacks or a pup!

3rd time using the poles bent and customer service made me pay for all the replacements(5 sections). Not structurally sound for mountain use where you can never predict exact conditions. Probably good in the Midwest or the South...just happens to be I'm in the Pacific Northwest where it isn't always perfect weather. I've used my REI Half Dome and Big Agnes Copper Spur many time... I love its simple design, pain free set up, unfortunately the coating seems to wear faster than normal (while the tape stays intact though).
