Osprey's Quasar Pack bridges the gap between your work day and after work play. Carry a laptop and papers, or rain gear, extra food and a layer - this pack is equally comfortable in any realm. I returned as soon as I recieved this. I expected something lighter. It also looked like the side pockets would not hold a nalgene.
Daypack manufacturers...ugh frustrating, here's what I'd want:
- Light backpacks (water resistant/water proof)
- Solid, straight (old style) shoulder straps
- 2 pockets on the side that can hold nalgene water bottles - or any water bottles

This is an outstanding day pack. Tough, durable, padded shoulder straps...... just big enough to carry what one needs for the day whether it be in the country or city.
