Does the wide pad work with Big Agnes sleeping bag or do I have to get regular size?

It depends on the sleeping bag. Unless your bag is a part of the Park series, or a "wide" sleeping bag, you'd need a regular sized pad.

What is the weight of the wide / long version?

It has been estimated as 3ish. More importantly it is ~15 degree F limit. This will of course vary depending on how cold/hot you sleep. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

How do you inflate the Agnes AXL?
