The dimensions of the various Exped DownMat 7 sleeping pads are as follows:
Small - 64" X 20"
Medium - 72" X 20"
Large - 77.5" X 26"

Because 5'4" is exactly 64", you probably want to consider purchasing the medium at 72". The medium will give you extra space to ensure your feet won't dangle off the end while you're sleeping.

These pads have a pretty high R Value, making them optimal for colder temperatures (ca -11º F / -24º C for the 7 model and -36º F / -38º C for the 9)/ You could still use these for the temperatures listed, but you may not want to sleep in a bag rated for really cold temps (or you could unzip if you got hot). You will want to consider weight as well. These will be a little heavier if you plan to pack them.

As of Spring 2012, Exped makes a FlatValve Adapter that allows you to use the Schnozzel Pumpbag (or any Exped pump for that matter) with mats that contain the integrated pump:

Alternatively, there is the DownMat UL 7 LW which comes with the Schnozzel Pumpbag standard. This mat contains a 20 denier shell fabric (as opposed to a 70 denier shell fabric in the standard DownMat 7 with integrated pump), and as with all ultra light gear, needs to be treated with a little extra care:

Beyond that, they do not make a DownMat 7 (standard weight) with a Schnozzel Pumpbag rather that the integrated pump.

For Spring 2013, they will have the new DownMat XP 9 LW. This will be a standard weight (70 denier) mat (9 cm thick) that comes with the Schnozzel Pumpbag standard. The idea behind this is that in the extremely cold temps (approximately sub -35º F), the integrated pumps begin to lose efficiency. This mat will be offered in the 9 cm thickness only (for those extreme temps), and comes with the Schnozzel Pumpbag for the most reliable inflation in those temps.

It appears double layered. Is it? What are the width and length dimensions?
