Hello, Is it the model with black lids and silicon? it seems that GSI has changed recently the lids design and now the new lids do not melt. Thanks — 2 Answers

This is the older model that does not have the black lid or silicone ring. GSI has recently made changes to all of their cook sets. We are in the process of adding the updated products to our site, we will be finishing today. This is clearanced at a 25% discount because it is the older model.

The lids of this cook set are made of a BPA free polypropylene resin.
