Judging from the measurements provided a Scarpa Kailash GTX Boot men's size 11 or 44.5 Wide should work.

Hello, you are correct in your size being a 44. You may also benefit from having a 44.5 to give your foot a little more room (since you'll be wearing a sock). Shoes fit every foot differently and there's no way without fitting your foot in person to say "this is the size you'll need". This is a fantastic boot!
