The pump uses a rubber fitting that will fit over most nozzles 1.5 to 2 centimeters.

Yes. The nozzle on this pump us rubber so it will fit over the plastic valve on your mattress.

What are the dimensions? Do you have a comparable size (ie.- the size of a candy bar)? Does it work with all NeoAir Thermarest sleeping pads?

Width is 1.7 in / 4 cm and Length is 2.75 in / 7.1 cm. This pump will work with all NeoAir sleeping pads.

Does it fit with Exped slipping pad valve (for example, UL 7 model) ?

The NeoAir pump does not work with the Exped sleeping pads. The sizing of the pump is a bit large for the Exped pads.

The weight listed does not include the weight of the batteries. 2 AAA batteries would have to be bought separately.

Yes, the rubber valve on the pump will fit most, if not all, of Therm-a-rest's valves on their sleeping pads.
