Ive now taken this through the Presidential range and finger lakes trail for 6 nights total. Super hard rains all night left us completely dry! And with no condensation! How? The rainfly does not touch the tent mesh. If you guy out all the lines the venting is superb. The inside is cozy and the mesh provides an open feel. Color-coding away from perfect

The tent is exactly as expected. The only downside I see from setting up is that, since it's not symmetrical, it requires you get the specific poles in the correct corners. But the poles themselves aren't color coded and can be a little cumbersome to set up, especially without knowing which end is which. It really isn't a major impact; easy enough to fix with some marking tape.

I'm writing this before haven taken it out so it's purely from a "put it up in my living room" standpoint. Easy to put up, colour coded tabs helps speed things up. Quality looks great. I haven't used it outside yet but I really like how spacious it is. Seems very sturdy. The lights are going to be awesome while camping. The weight seems accurate and doesn't feel significant while strapped to my back. Can't wait to use it.

Great tent

The SL2 is pretty awesome. A bit heavier materiels than the UL2's, but I'm a lot less worried about damage. Lights are great too, just use a rechargeable USB.

Trail weight is the weight of only the tent body, rain fly, and poles, which is the same as the minimum weight. The packed weight is the guy lines, and stakes. This tent is double walled. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Q Hi, what's the difference between this tent and the 2 man copper spur?

The Copper Spur has 2" more head height, 2" more length, and a little bit more room. The Copper Spur also uses more advanced fabrics to cut weight. Hope this helps!
