Most comfortable sleep experience while camping
I typically sleep really cold while camping, despite having excessively warm sleeping bags. This pad kept me warm even though the temps dropped quite a bit lower than we were expecting. I also love the way it fits into the sleeve of Big Agnes sleeping bags so that you don't roll off it in the middle of the night.

Exactly what I was hoping it would be
I have an older model Big Agnes mattress (a insulated double z) that I love using, other than inflating it after a long day backpacking, especially at elevations (I'm an older guy). Big Anges current models work with a new Pumphouse Ultra pump that makes inflating very easy. The Q Core Deluxe works with the new pump and seems to have all the qualities of my older double z that I loved. It was the perfect solution for a perfect mattress for me. I think it would be for many others too. Of course, I did get the best deal and great service from the folks at Campsaver too

Best sleeping pad for side sleepers
This pad exceeded my expectations. Side sleeping is no problem and the textured surface is excellent. A little bulky for light weight backpacking but perfect for canoe camping. New valves are a joy to use. Stretch material on top is brilliant. Just got back from 3 days in the Yellowstone backcountry and glad I had the Q-Core Deluxe because a lot of time was spent inside the tent escaping the seasonal plague of mosquitos.

Top quality pad
I have owned/used several air pads over the years and this is by far the best to date . The new Q -core pad is easier to inflate and deflate, very comfortable, and light. Go with the wider pad- it does not add much weight and fits the helinox cots perfectly. This pad feels better than most hotel beds. Perfect for extra house guests. Get one-You will be glad you did.

For only a bit of an increase in weight from an MSR mat, you can can a very comfortable mat. Good for older bones!
