Great Bag For Backpacking

I bought this bag in order to save weight and keep warm on the Colorado Trail this coming summer. I have always used Marmot down bags. The reason I decided to go with Big Agnes this time is that I have always been unhappy with the way down bags don't insulate very well under the body because the down gets compressed when you lay on it. Great Mattress

I use this mattress with my Big Agnes Mystic sleeping bag. It is very comfortable and warm, down to 30F. If I need to keep warm below 30F, I add the Big Agnes Sleeping Giant foam pad on top for more insulation. For cold weather hiking, I would buy the Big Agnes Dual Core air mattress instead.
The mattress weighs 1lb 8.16oz with the storage sack.
