Dependable and accurate

Iv owned this compass for around 4 years and never leave it at home when I go bush.

The construction is made from solid thick plastic and the mirror is well protected. I have not been the most gentle with this compass (of course I treat it with a degree of care) and it has stood up amazingly well. Great product, very light and takes up very little space. Can be hard to dig in rough ground, the handle isn't super comfortable and can accidentally fold when the ground is very rough.
For the light/ultralight camper it is great.

Coming from using gas stoves to alcho stoves has so far been a great choice.

The only real benefits of a gas stove was they were fast but as others have said, arnt you out in the bush relaxing? What's the rush? In all other aspects, this alco stove is a winner. This is my first down jacket and I am very impressed. I went with this jacket because I own a Marmot sleeping bag and I am a huge fan of their fantastic quality and this jacket does not disappoint. The built quality is second to non from the number of pockets, their placement and configuration to the fleece type material in the sleeves and the hood which you can easily zip off.

My girlfriend and I used to share the trail shock poles and after a few trips I decided to get my own. I wasn't a huge fan of the shock so just decided to get these and so far I am very happy.
