They run big and there's no need to order up a size. They also run wide. Easy to wear two pair of socks. Comfortable from the start

I don't sleep well on hard surfaces. Use this for overnight backpacking. The pad gives me the cushion I need plus helps keep me warm when the temperature drops into the 30's overnight. It's slightly heavier than a regular backpack sleeping pad, but a good night's rest is worth the extra ounces.
