Doesn't get much better than this!

Written on Dec 12, 2013

I picked up this backpack a few months ago, and I love it. I've taken it out for miles, and it is very comfortable. My favorite things about this bag are: 3 access points (top, middle, and bottom) make getting to your stuff super easy, adjustment only takes a few minutes to get it just right, and again just how comfortable it is. What I wish was different are if it had a few pockets on the outside

Awesome Stove!

I used this stove for the first time on a weekend backpacking trip, and it works awesome! Well deserving of the Backpacker's Award. Cooks food and boils water fast. The only thing that I think could be improved is making the length of the folding arms that make the cooking surface area a bit longer. If it wasn't for that, this would 5 stars without a doubt!

Nice Bag

I have the Osprey Aether 70, and love it. So I thought I would try out one of their day packs. I'm a university student, so I wanted something to hold a few books and my computer, and it was just too small for me. There is nothing wrong with the bag. It just doesn't have quite enough space for me, so I'm thinking about stepping up a size. If you're looking for a day pack that will hold your comput

This bag is great for day hiking. It is super lightweight and very comfortable. The waistbelt and straps do not rub and distribute the weight really well, so you can walk comfortably for miles. The water bladder has its own compartment, which is nice. And the back of the backpack is made out of stretchy material, which is also durable, so you can carry just about anything, even if it is an odd sha

All you need for a weekend!

Just picked one of these up to put in my backpack. I'm not sure it has enough for serious backcountry expeditions, but if you're just hiking around for the weekend, this kit has everything you need. It's waterproof, lightweight, and compact with most things you need for minor injuries.

Will be buying more of these

I hate blowing forever to get a fire started, especially when everything is wet. So I decided to pick up a package of these fire starters. Was very skeptical, but I couldn't believe how well these worked! One fire starter (21 in a pk) burns for over 4 mins. Made starting a fire so much easier. They weigh almost nothing and are waterproof, so save your time and breath and pick up a pack!

I just took this out on my last backpacking trip, and loved it. It's durable, compact, and fits in my MSR stainless steel mess kit. It's not essential, but if you want a mug and bowel when your on the trail, you won't go wrong with this one.

I use this backpack for day hikes, and it is awesome. The pack is really lightweight, so you only feel the weight of the stuff you put in it. The hydration bladder has its own compartment, which is nice. The material on the back of the back is super stretchy so you can carry almost whatever you want that will fit. The waistbelt is comfortable. Nice little pockets everywhere. Super durable and comf
