...which I put on to sleep in and could not bear to take off, wore it during the day, the next night – ha ha! Partly I told/justified to myself it was to test if it was really smell proof. All these 100% wool Mavrick Duckworth shirts are totally stink resistant. I’ve experimented by wearing this eight or nine times so far without washing it, I air out in between and no smell at all next time I use it. (Im a pretty low BO person but I’ve still never had a shirt perform like this). I’m sad they don’t make the 100% wool Maverick line anymore. (Based on other brands my experience is even slight addition of nylon or tencel is never as stink proof as pure wool with extended use like backpacking). I have a lot of wool shirts and this brand is incredible, best – it feels so light and is very thin yet somehow still feels micro-puffy and extra cozy. They claim their wool is different d/t how it’s bred and it must be true. It is sheer in the natural color but I can wear it alone with a nude colored bra though some people might still find that a tad too sheer. I have the black t shirt version in XS which is not sheer at all. Maverick shirts Fantastic for sleeping, skiing, camping, around town under shirts and sweaters for sure.5’3“ 117# medium chested, in XS this is fitted, but not molded on tight.
