I’ve used this little pillow with my Helinox Sunset chair and I think it would work with any of the high back chairs. I love it! It is one of those things you don’t think you would need, but is so nice once you have it. It folds down to a tiny size so I think it may be good for airline travel as well.

Cogitated about this for over a year thinking it was a superfluous addition to my beach chair. Boy, was I wrong.
There is a brushed material that faces your head and the velcro patch is very sturdy.
Overbuilt valves ensure trouble free usage for years to come.
Expensive but worth it, IMHO

The Helinox chairs with the high backs are a blissful backcountry indulgence, but the angle of the recline tends to be a bit awkward at times -- a little too far back for my 6-foot height. Enter the Helinox Air Headrest Pillow, and problem solved.

The pillow attaches directly to the chair via the Velcro pad that matches the Velcro attachment point on many Helinox chairs, or stuff it in the chair zipper bag as a filler to use the sack as your "pillow case", and then use the entire assembly as your chair pillow. This second method helps keep your headrest air pillow clean longer, but it can be used by itself just fine, too.

Easily inflates with a few breaths, fine tune using the inflate/adjust valve, then quickly deflate using the separate deflate valve when ready to stow. Adjustment is actually quite important as just a small change in air pressure makes a huge difference in head angle and comfort. I find I use it mostly only about half inflated. Depending on whether you want to hang out around the fire or take a nap, optimal head position is different for each use, and this adjustable headrest pillow makes fine tuning the comfort level so easy.

As with all Helinox gear the pillow is a bit pricey, but I'm glad I sprung for mine. Highly recommended!

I love this pillow because it is inflatable without any tools neede, other tan your mouth. You can also deflate it to the perfect size you prefer. Very comfortable when used with specific Helinox air pillow compatible chairs.

Purchased a number of the Helinox Sunset Chairs and have been searching for the inflatable headrest pillows. Finally found at Campsaver. They are in high demand and very hard to find. Really makes a difference in the enjoyment of your chair. They come in a little stuff sack and are very compact when not inflated. Highly recommend that you order one while they are in stock!! You won't be disappointed. They should actually come with the chairs when you order, given how pricey the Helinox chairs are.
