Most Helpful Positive Review Real wool, real grip on ice

I was skeptical taking these boots out of the box, with the sole kindof reminding me of my winter snowboots from the 1970s. But the leather was buttery and conditioned, the interior real wool lining so comfortable and the unusual sole outstanding on our snow covered ice outside here in Montana. These are not "those 70s boots" in the least. Riding several inches below the knee (I am 5 feet 8), these boots are great with almost any length of skirt. Martino Winter Boots

These boots are well-made, warm, and comfortable to wear. I like the way they look, although they fit snugly over my large calves. I haven’t tested them in rain or snow, but they suffice for long walks in freezing weather. I’m glad I purchased them!

Warm and comfortable

I bought these to wear for the North Dakota winter, and these boots have not let me down. The wool lining keeps my legs warm and the sole of the shoe insulates from the cold. These boots keep your legs warm unlike typical fashion leather boots that do nothing against the cold. I bought the grey color and have received so many complements. The leather is buttery soft. My friend even bought herself a pair after seeing mine.
