Size is exact, they have nice all way stretch and feel great on.

rugged pants
I bought these pants because they were on a gear list for trekking up Mt. Kilimanjaro. They worked out very well at the higher elevations. I am 130lb, 5ft4in, curvy build, and the medium in a short inseam was a perfect fit, with room for a pair of long johns underneath.
