fantastic yourh snowshoes

by Jedster, Verified Owner from OR, United States Written on March 9, 2024
I have used several different brands of snowshoes and these are by far my favorites. They are well built, easy to use and perfect for youth (approx. 8 to 14yo).

Excellent snowshoes

by Victor, Verified Owner from AK, United States Written on February 2, 2022
Bought these for my elementary school. They are easy to use and the kids loved running around the snow. They are pretty hard on gear, and these snowshoes hold up! Minor detail, I just wish there was a label for left and right. It's helpful when trying to gear up 15 kids. One can always put on their own labels as well.

Nice Shoes

by Doug, from SD, United States Written on January 29, 2018
Light and fully functional. Like any snowshoe the bindings are a bit busy but they are secure. Like that tails can be added to expand use in differing conditions. Tails remain nice and rigid, go on and off reasonably well.
Pros:
  • Light weight
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Most conditions

kids' snowshoes to last a long time

by Eric S., from MN, United States Written on November 5, 2014
I got one pair of MSR Shifts at the end of last winter to see if they'd work well for my girls, who are now 9 and 7. As long as their boots are wide enough (only an issue for the 7-year-old), they'll work well! And they'll last until their quite large. This recent purchase was so they'd both have a pair. Now the whole family can go!

Great Buy!

by Lovin' the Snow, Written on December 12, 2013
Love MSR as a brand. The only drawback to these snowshoes is the need to help my little girl get them on and off. She isn't quite strong enough to pull the straps tight or release them by herself. Once in and going they work excellent. She had a great time and was happy to join her parents on a snowshoe adventure.
