Fine lighter
this is what I would take on a long journey, because there is an opportunity to recharge. there is enough light for night camping or climbing to the top.very high quality and good light for any people.

Reliable product at a reasonable price
I bought this for a family camping, and am 100% satisfied.
Maybe it's not for perfect headlamp for pro level outdoor activities, I would say it's more than enough for recreational campers like me.

Light weight, durable, easy to use, high lumin
this is the first Petzl headlamp I bought. My friends recommend it to me. It is a good choice for hiking or trekking. the 300lm is very light which is enough for walking in the night. I use it for several trekking by now, very satisfied with it. I will buy a core battery for it which would save lot of money.

Great headlamp for the price
Several settings and red lamp settings as well. Takes 3 aaa batteries. Suggest getting the rechargeable pack that can be purchased separately. All light settings are bright enough for a camping setting. Can be used around the house or working on hard to see places.

Light Does the iob!
What a great deal! I bought this light for my grandpa, who plows snow in the winter and he said it was all he needed to shovel sidewalks and do anything in the middle of the night that his headlights couldn't do.the nice thing is that it has multiple light settings for various needs. Definitely recommend

A great multi use headlamp!
This headlamp has all the settings you can need. It has three options for white light and two red light options. It’s great for backpacking, riding your bike at night in the city and working in the shop on your car. I even use this when I travel and stay in hostels. They’re great to light up your backpack while not waking up the whole dorm/hostel. It’s a great all around headlamp that I use ALL the time.

Petzl Actik
I have never been into head lamps, but these things work great when your in the dark and need to do things. I would have preferred one that I could recharge, but they are super pricey. This one is great though even though it takes 3 AAA it has easy to use functions with different light settings red, white and different intensities. The best feature is the tilting head from walking to working closed to your hands you are covered. Lightish to the point I can forget I am wearing it, easy to fit on your head and secure it. I can't tell you how much I enjoy using this one compared to cheapy ones I have used and never really wanted to use again.

Ultra Bright
I was blown away with how bright this headlamp is. I took it snowshoeing in the middle of the night and found myself squinting and needed to turn down the brightness to one of the dim settings. It also features a red light which is perfect for trying to find something in the tent at night without waking anyone up!
