This is The best bottle I will buy more later. If solo use just means it is suitable to use. But this wouldn't work for a group. It has a 1,000 Liter capacity, depending on water quality. And the flow rate is around 2L a minute. Hope that helps!

does it's job

does it's job simply and effectively - if you don't want to risk spilling your coffee/dinner and you have a lightweight stove that fits directly to the cannister top then get one of these. It fits neatly inside my MSR pot with my pocket rocket.

Worth the (Miniscule) Extra Weight

Low tech, highly efficient item that stabilizes your canister stove for backpacking. Very light weight, but functional...no more tipped over pots just when they're about to reach a full boil.

This item comes along even on day hikes when I want a warm meal...recommended.

I got this for a friend that I camp with regularly. He was complaining about his stove being unstable with a full pot so I got the lightest stand I could find (I am thoroughly convinced that this is it). I carry an ultralight solid fuel/wood stove (it weighs barely more than this stand alone) and will just hold the pot if needed so this seems like a bit of a luxury item to me. Nonetheless, this wo
