Works, plain and simple

Just cut it to length, and punch some holes with a regular office hole punch and you're set. Sure you could just use some flashing, but its only a couple bucks and has nice rolled over edges so you don't cut yourself.

I got the 6" version which is actually 6-3/8" by 27-1/2". Not as long as the screen that came with my Windpro stove, but will easily handle most small/medium sized pots. The edges are nicely crimped and you can customize it to fit your pots & stoves. It doesn't come with a 2nd piece for the bottom of your stove head - I'm using a round cut of BBQ foil for that.
