Almost Perfect
This is a great product and fits true to size. Comfortable out of the box. I have the low, mid and high versions of this shoe and they are all great. The low version is perfect around town in shoulder seasons, the mid is great for 1/2 day hikes and the high works well for full day hikes with a full pack. My only concerns are: a. wet rock grip is dodgy and b. the upper is really not made for scr

Total comfort right out of the box.
I'm using these shoes for backpacking and the first day I got them I hiked 8 miles no pack and they felt like a dream. 2nd day 5mi. with pack, followed by 10,2,and 10 without pack. Since then I have done 10,10,4, and 10 with pack. Vasque shoes and boots are one of the only brands I have been able to take right out of the box and take off hiking big miles right away.
