I've been buying hiking and climbing boots for over forty years. The Alp Flow Mid GTX boots are by far the most comfortable boots I've ever bought. I bought them for hiking in Scotland. Ankle protection, Vibram sole, waterproof, comfortable, fit true to size, quality construction - the only thing I can't comment on yet is long-term durability. Worth the price - even better if you can get them on sale!
Best boots I've ever owned! Great adjustments to fit narrow feet with plenty of toe box room. The Gore-Tex Surround technology keeps my feet bone dry after hours of strenuous hiking.

These boots look great and feel good on. The only problem with them is they are very noisy when walking. It is extremely loud when it's quiet out. Not sure how to get rid of this and hope it goes away with time but I do enjoy them.
