This is the pillow to by for anyone on the move. I originally thought of a pillow as a luxury on overnight hikes but now believe that a good night sleep is essential for safe and expedient back-country travel. When a pillow is this compact in its own stuff sack, yet has memory foam and is adjustable through inflation and and external strapping, there is no excuse not to take one,regardless of how lightweight you travel.

I'll also be taking this on planes and using it for lumbar support when needed.

As a chiropractor I endorse this wholeheartedly.
