How much do these bins weigh?

The large weighs 2 lbs 11 oz. The small weighs 1 lb 12 oz.

What is the lid/pan made of?

The lid is made out of anodized aluminum.

How is the lid secured to the canister?

The top lid/pan is screwed into the cross support bar through the main barrel. So screws is the short answer.

Does the lid for the "pan" come included with the Small Bear Bin?

There is no lid included to go with the pan. The pan is used as the lid for the Bear Bins, but no additional lid is included.

What is the physical size of each of hte bins? (Diameter, Length)

The small bin is 7 inch diameter (17.8cm) x 9 inch height (22.9cm).
The large bin is 8.7 inch diameter at base (22.1cm) x 6.7 inch at neck (17cm) x 13 inch height (33cm).

Is the frying pan/lid made of a non stick material, like teflon?
