Denatured alcohol can reacts with uncoated aluminum, and although it may take time for the alcohol to actually corrode a hole in the bottle, these types of reactions can let off off-gases that may be harmful to inhale.

According to MSR's website (msrgear.com) in the FAQ section, it suggests that alcohol will not work in any MSR stove and that "alcohol will damage MSR Fuel Bottles."

How many grams or ounces are each of the three bottles?

The 30 is about 8 ounces, the 22 is about 7 ounces, and the 10 will be about 6 ounces.

Yes, these stoves are built for MSR stoves, some of which can burn unleaded gas, so I would say that you'd be good to use these.
