I wear it as a base-layer when I go out for camping or hiking in Winter. It does make me warm and keep me dry when I was moving.
But size is a bit large for me because this is not Asian size. One size down is better for me.

Capacity of this bag is enough for one day trail running. The partition of each pockets is good. Easy to get things out from the bag.
The side zip pockets are large enough to put candy or gels.
