This pack is great for the longer training miles and distance events. The flasks are nice and easy to squeeze/drink, but women may want to stick to the women's fit for the flask placements, unless you can get a good fit. I tried it with a 2L bladder in the back and it does bounce around some. Good overall pack for storage and the long miles.

Capacity of this bag is enough for one day trail running. The partition of each pockets is good. Easy to get things out from the bag.
The side zip pockets are large enough to put candy or gels.
The pockets at the shoulder straps are great. Can put soft water bottle or mobile phone.

I've had this vest for about 3 months now and have used it extensively for trail running and hiking. Fit: I am 5'10 and 170 lbs and went with the Medium. Fits good over a t-shirt or light jacket with a few inches of adjustability left to synch it down. Best running pack I’ve owned. Lightweight with lots of storage. Love the collapsible bottles. Great for trail running. Lots of features to carry trekking poles or an axe. Bungee cords on the back will hold lightweight clothing gear you may need to shed on your run.
