I tested all top inflatables. This is the best! Would use camping. Now am using it for under knee support when using my Macbook on my lap. Have tried it behind my back as well. Infaltes & deflates quickly. Can adjust firmness. comfy. Looks nice. Stuffs very small. Excellent. Love it!

Good gift
This is a pillow that the person I got it for really likes. Light and easy to pack. This will be their 2nd one they've had.

4 star pillow
I just used this product for the first time on a weekend trip to Minister Creek, PA. The pillow packs small and is extremely easy to inflate and deflate. I am a side sleeper who flip-flops all night long. The hardest part I found in its use was deciding what firmness to set it to the first time, a problem that disappears after a few uses. I found the 'tricot polyester' to be reasonable comfortable

Lightweight
Not a fan of this so much. I can use it though I feel the larger ridge is too big. Also wish this had a soft felt side to it so it would be more comfortable.

bought this for my AT2014 thru hike. I'm not so sure about the ridges on this pillow from just using it indoor. I'll find out how comfortable it is on the trail. Had good reviews and its lightweight.

Simple and Effective
This is one of two pillows I've found to work reasonably well for me. At the moment, this pillow has a slight lead over the other given its all around ease of use.

Excellent -- in every respect
This pillow is extremely comfortable and easy to use. The "slopping" design mimics your pillow at home, cradling your head while supporting your neck. It's great on my side as well as on my back (the only position in which I don't sleep is on my stomach). The one-way valve makes blowing the pillow up a breeze. Finally, although it's lightweight, it's held up great! I've used it for approx. 5-

The best we've tried
We bought these specifically for backpacking to save weight and space in the pack. For that purpose, they are incredible. We had the medium but traded for the large because the medium was not wide enough. Neither the large nor the medium are ideal for side sleepers but for back sleepers the large is perfect. We will continue to use regular pillows for car camping.

Great Pillow
Great Pillow! Much more comfortable than expected for a baffle-free air pillow. There is a slight sensation of sleeping on a balloon still, but it is quite minimal. I like the various shapes and angles on it, you can always find a comfortable orientation.
