Very nice -runs large
Very warm for its weight and (lack of) bulk. Zippers seem to be high quality. Definitely larger than I expected from a fairly technical piece of gear. I'm 6'0" and 185 lbs and it's very roomy around the middle. Nice long sleeves which I appreciate. If I was buying again, I would opt for the medium.

not true to size
bought this jacket w/o trying it on at a store. i have several MH garments and they have no issues with sizing, so i figured i was safe with a large. upon arrival and trying it on i immediately noticed that the sizing was all messed up. shoulder width was fine, but the bagginess and torso length of ...

Great Lightweight Down
This is just what I was looking for in a very light jacket to throw on when it's cool out and I don't want to layer - considerably lighter and thinner than the Micro Ratio. I almost always wear a Large but the M in this is a nice fitted look and will make a great mid layer with a shell over it. I'm 6'2" 175lbs with slightly longer than average arms and it feels good for Med.
NOTE:: The Amphibian color is about 3 shades lighter than it appears here, I was bummed at first but it grew on me pretty quick.

Great Jacket
Great light weight jacket with room. Our son has the Ghost Whisperer and it has a slimmer cut to it.

works for me
...looking for a winter coat to hang by the front door - go to the store, get the mail, walk the dog, etc. This jacket is long enough and large enough to fit over whatever I happen to be wearing and it has lots of pockets (inside and outside). I'm 5'7", 137lbs and I got the small.

Mountain Hardwear Nitrous Down Jacket is the cat's meow
With 800-fill Q.Shield DOWN, pockets on the inside of the jacket, folds into it's own pocket and comes in some beautifull colors that don't have that cheap look. The sleeves are loose and long enough so they don't become uncomfortable when you reach or wear a sweater or fleece under the jacket. Great zippers with little niches for them, the elasticized cuffs are just right. Hard to make a better jacket in this class for this great price. Thanks Campsaver I get warm thoughts about your services when I wear this jacket. Oh, and the logos are colour coordinated with the fabric to make them look subtle and tasteful.

Meets expectations
Decent down layering piece. Napoleon pocket is a nice touch. Fits well; I'm 6'1" chest 44" chest, XL fits just right. A little long, sticks out 1" from under most of my shells. But comfy, warm but not hot (it's 550), does all I expected it to do.

Shark Nitrous
Seems nice and warm so far. I would consider this a medium level of down jacket (low being something w/ less fill and coverage like zonal and high being a thicker parka). I will be layering this In the coldest climates (base to shell) as fleece>G50 soft shell> nitrous> waterproof shell and feel that this will be a good system that can adjust with the weather.
