Bought these for an upcoming trip to Iceland. Needed some quality, heavy-duty, waterproof boots and these fit the bill. My daughter has had a pair for quite a few years and they have worn really well and I expect this pair to do the same.

I have only about 25 miles on them so far but they have been great. After about 5 miles, they were broken in with no hot spots. Fit is good for my foot which is pretty skinny but they don't move around and heel stays tight. The sole is very stiff but that is what I was looking for. The construction quality is top notch. I ordered my normal size of 11.5 and sizing was perfect. My only very minor complaint so far is they squeak, particularly the right boot, where the leather on the tongue meets the leather on the inside of the cuff. I'm sure it will go away as they break in further and if not, it's not big deal. You know they are good boots when you have to look that hard to find something "wrong".

I would definitely buy these again and convinced my wife to get a pair also.

I have 3 pair of Zamberlan boots that I have purchased from CampSaver. They are pricey, but well worth the investment if you want boots that are very comfortable, well-made, and last forever. I normally wear a size 10 US in my Zamberlan, but these are made on a smaller last and I returned the 10s for 10.5. Those fit perfectly. They are very comfortable right out of the box and the break-in period is very short. Of the boots I own, these are the best fit and the ones I wear most often. I am on my feet, out on a trail lot, so I want boots that don’t hurt my feet or cause blisters. With a fairly thick pair of wool socks these are wonderful. I have had Gore Tex boots that are hot in warm weather and cause my feet to sweat. These have not been a problem. They are also great looking. I gave them a coat of the hydro block sealer from Zamberlan and it keeps them in tip-top condition. I only wish I had found these boots a long time ago. They would have saved me a lot of money and aches and pains. I highly recommend these boots. Watch for great discounts on CampSaver. It will save you a bundle.

The Zamberlan Vito Lux GTX RR boot is premium quality boot and designed to last a lifetime. I have not had time to use it backpacking yet but is surprisingly not bulky given how solid it is designed. It is a bit pricey but if you can find it on sale at a reasonable discount and you are active outdoors it is worth investing in.

I have many pairs of shoes, Lowa,Scarpa,Arcteryx,Zamberlan,Crispi.Wait. But I think ZamberlanIs the most reliable of these shoes. The disadvantage is heavy weight, and there is no disadvantage. Reliability is the most important outdoors.

Well constructed boot. Comfortable out of the box but will benefit from some additional breaking in before a 4 day hike is scheduled. Look good and feel stable. Sizing on point, no need to go up a 1/2 size at all. A bit on the pricey side but if there's a sale do not hesitate. A solid boot for years to come.

I got These Zamberlans to hike through Redwood National Park and they worked wonderfully. The boot didn't need a lot of breaking in and still provided great ankle support. I was wearing them for ten hours a day, hiking in steep terrain and never had any hot spots. I would recommend these to any serious hiker.

The workmanship of these boots is very beautiful, durable and very comfortable. This winter is very cold, I wear it through the snow, water of the ground, it is good to protect my feet. The point is that I get it for a good price. I am very satisfied.

Great boot for hiking, backpacking etc. Great leather uppers, insulation for cold wet outings. Soles have extraordinary traction and grip. Treat yourself to something very special. Can't go wrong with Zamberlan.

I have only worn the boots for a couple weeks but am already impressed with the quality and fit. Well satisfied so far!
