Built like a tank, powerful burners

I love our Soto stove. It's built to last, and smartly designed, made in Japan, not China. The 15,000BTU burners are powerful and it will boil water in what feels like an instant. Set up is reasonably easy and so far I haven't felt the need to even use the wind screens. Sometimes 15,000 BTU s feels like too much stove though, even on the lowest simmer setting. This thing is a beast of a stove...so overbuilt and with OCD like attention to detail.
