Really cool piece of gear

After years of tarping, I saw one of these on the trail and decided to give it a go. Took it on an AT thru-hike and it didn't let me down at all. I broke down the constituent parts - poles, stakes, inner and outer - rather than use the supplied stuff sack, just so it fit better. Easy enough to set up, although you gotta be delicate with the poles as they could easily be damaged...

Have used the Marmot eos 1p tent for years...this one adds a little height and width for head room, a little lighter weight (= less durable?). Like the green blend-in color. Ready to try it out! Has holder for light at top. Wish it included the footprint at this price!
