Ultimate Direction AK 3.0 Vest
I've had this vest for about 3 months now and have used it extensively for trail running and hiking. Fit: I am 5'10 and 170 lbs and went with the Medium. Fits good over a t-shirt or light jacket with a few inches of adjustability left to synch it down. If you are going to use it in the winter over multiple layers or a puffy - may consider going up a size. I like to run with trekking poles (BD Trail Pro) and love how easy it is to attach them without stopping. The softbottles in the front work well, have minimal bounce and don't chafe or rub. Compact with lots of storage
Best running pack I’ve owned. Lightweight with lots of storage. Love the collapsible bottles. Great for trail running. Lots of features to carry trekking poles or an axe. Bungee cords on the back will hold lightweight clothing gear you may need to shed on your run.

Great for Trail Running
Capacity of this bag is enough for one day trail running. The partition of each pockets is good. Easy to get things out from the bag.
The side zip pockets are large enough to put candy or gels.
The pockets at the shoulder straps are great. Can put soft water bottle or mobile phone.

Perfect vest for tail running
There are so many different size pockets which can better classify your items such as jacket, cellphone, water, some energy food, cash, key, etc. So I can easily and quickly take the items that I want to during running. It’s important for me. What’s more, there are many plug-in outside the vest, you can put more items such as alpenstock. The soft kettle is well-designed, you almost can’t feel sound from water shaking during exercise. Overall this is a great trail running vest，I really love it.

Great Ultra Pack
This pack is great for the longer training miles and distance events. The flasks are nice and easy to squeeze/drink, but women may want to stick to the women's fit for the flask placements, unless you can get a good fit. I tried it with a 2L bladder in the back and it does bounce around some. Good overall pack for storage and the long miles.

great running vest
Versatile and comfortable while extremely light. The many compartments make organization easy. The two included soft bottles work well but their tops can dig into your chest a tad- just pull them up above the elastic draw though and they are fine.

Love it!
So I love this new vest. The main reason I purchased it was that you could easily carry trekking poles up front and not have to take the pack off to get to the poles. I have used it on several long runs now and the poles are very easy to take out and put back on. Love all the pockets up front too.

This is it!
I was looking for a vest that would take care of my needs on my 30 mile training runs and still be able to use in a race without looking like I have a overnight backpack on. I was worried when I ordered it, but it's big enough without being obnoxious.
