The brace supports on the Helinox Lite Cot are attached under tension, so the sleeping surface is supportive, yet comfortably yielding and quiet when you shift position at night. Take along a Helinox Lite Backpacking Cot for trips where saving space and weight is imperative.

This thing is a work of art. Ultralight and well built. It's as comfy as any cot, except it's very narrow. I'm 6'2" with pretty broad shoulders and long arms and I have to lie pretty constricted on this. And it's not like a narrow pad where you might just spill off a bit, because the thin metal bars on the sides are going to dig into your arms or elbows pretty solidly if you ex... Read more

I wanted a lite weight cot for my Tipi tent for backpacking with my dog. This was the lightest one I could find and at a great price through campsaver. I weight about 200lbs and about 5' 9" so was worried about this cot that creaked when I tested it at home. It held up on my first trip for a couple nights great and I stopped worrying about it whether a single knee, arm, or s... Read more

This cot is awesome! I am combat arms in the Army and am in the "field" a lot. I used this cot for a recent 3 night FTX. This beats the heavy thermarest pad that the Army issues us tenfold and this beats sleeping on the ground 100x. I sleep mainly on my back usually roll on my sides and stomach from time to time, and yet this was still comfortable. The cot is really light and f... Read more

It is very light and easy to use.
I need a little strength to assemble
I think that I will be able to do it as soon as I get used to it.
It is also ideal for back packing and touring.
In summer camp
It seems to be usable even without a tent.
I am from April until November
I will go camp.
Because the camping equipment only increases
A compact cot is very helpful for sto... Read more

First of all - CampSaver has the best price around that I've found on the Helinox Lite Cot, and that's what initially attracted me to purchasing from them. I already knew I wanted to buy this cot, but went ahead and pulled the trigger with this online purchase through them, although I was hesitant because the description mentions something about it being an outlet/previous sea... I recently purchased a helinox cot. I just got back from the 2017 RABGRAI and used the cot for seven nights of camping. I found the cot easy to assemble and disassemble. I'm 6'3" and weigh about 215lbs; I found the cot to be very comfortable. My purpose for buying the cot was for future motorcycle trips. While I do not backpack anymore, I think the cot size and weight would acc... Read more
Great question! The diameter of the tubing is smaller on the lite, as well as the max weight. It isn't made from as burly materials, hence the lighter carry weight. It is rated 260 lbs for the Lite when the One is rated for 320 lbs. Since the materials are more burly and the tubing more sturdy on the One, it only needs 3 cross bars when the Lite ne...
