How do I find information on my backorder or preorder?
How do I find information on my backorder or preorder?
- Please use our Check Availability feature to confirm your item is in-stock before placing the order. If you have already placed the order, you will receive an email confirmation that states the estimate of when your item will ship.
- If an item is available to be preordered, it will indicate as such on the button to add to your cart. We will not capture your funds until the order has been stocked and available to ship.
- You can track the status of your order by signing in to your CampSaver Account and selecting "Order History" under the Orders menu.
- If you do not have a CampSaver Account, go to the Check Order Status page and enter your order number and billing zip code in order to receive more information about your order status.
