What are the exceptions to CampSaver's return policy?

Unfortunately, CampSaver is unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• All items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
• Installed goods, e.g., heat-molded ski boots
• Oversized items, e.g., kayaks or bike racks
• Hygienic products, e.g., personal protective equipment
• Safety products, e.g., climbing gear or helmets
• Food products, e.g., dehydrated foods, MREs, energy consumables, supplements, powders, etc.
• Dirty or damaged gear due to ordinary wear and tear, improper use, or accidents.
