What if a product I buy is out of stock?

If you order a product that is not available to ship immediately from our warehouse, the product will be placed on backorder. If possible, we will attempt to fulfill that order from an alternative warehouse. Otherwise, the order will remain open until we are able to fulfill it from our inventory. You will not be charged until the product comes in stock and your order ships.

  • Before the order is approved, you can cancel or change at any time while your product is still on backorder.
  • If there is a similar in-stock option available, we will do our best to contact you by phone or email and offer a comparable replacement product.
  • If the order has been on backorder for more than 90 days, we will confirm with you that you still would like the item before we ship and complete your order.
