How do I reset my password?
How do I reset my password?
- From the My Account page, navigate to the left-hand side and click on Account Settings under "Account Info". From there, click on the "Edit" button next to your password to change it. You will need to enter your current password, the new password you'd like to change it to, and then type the new password again to confirm there were no typos or mistakes.
I can't remember my password; can I request a new one?
- If you forget your password, go to the Sign In page and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Enter your email, and we will send you a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders.
