Why did I get a coupon error?
- The coupon error will appear if there is an issue with your coupon and will indicate why the coupon may not be working.
The coupon isn't working, why?
There could be a few reasons that your coupon code is not working. Below, are a few possible issues and how to resolve them:
1. Coupon code is restricted on certain items:
- Resolution: Coupons don't work on all items and some brands have coupon restrictions. The coupon will apply to the rest of the eligible items in your cart.
2. Trying to use multiple discount codes
- We do not allow multiple coupon codes to be used on our items.
- Resolution: Use the coupon with the higher discount code on your order.
3. There is a coupon error
- Resolution: confirm that the coupon being applied is spelled correctly, or the code has not expired.
