How do I track my order?
If you have a CampSaver Account
- Sign in to your CampSaver Account and select "Your Order History"
How do I track my order if I did not register for an account?
- Go to the Check Order Status page and enter your order number and billing zip code in order to receive more information about your order status.
What if I don't see a tracking number?
The reason you may not see a tracking number for your order include:
- Your order is being processed
- Your item has not arrived yet from our supplier
- Your order is being packed, but does not have a tracking number yet
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with shipment and tracking information or you can view it in "Your Order History"
